The Death of Kreth
Larson was born to his parents under the stars in the sign of The Mountain. He lived with his parents and siblings and enjoyed a comfortable life learning his families trades. His mother was a blacksmith and taught her son. His father taught him how to fight and how to win. When Larson became an adolescent, he fell ill to a terrible disease and died. The next day however, as funeral arrangements were being made, he suddenly woke up! The clerics tending him recognized a familiar light emanating from his eyes and say the work of Pelor upon the boy. The spirit of a servant of Pelor filled the boy and cured him of the disease. The clerics declared it a miracle and touted the boy as evidence of the divine love of Pelor. It was not long before side effects began to show themselves. Larson started talking to himself. In fact, he had full conversations with himself or someone that was not there. While many may have understood his possession, it did nothing to reduce the queerness of the behavior. It was not long before Larson was alienated from common society and began to learn to get around without being noticed. He began to get closer to his work as he grew and became an adept blacksmith and warrior.
